Four available studios, sleeping two - four people. All boasting private balconies. The upper floor studios have a great sea view. Spacious lounge, en-suite bathroom,fully equipped kitchen and fantastic attention to detail make these studios unforgettable 

Situated in the village centre, these studios are well positioned for easy access to all Lipsi has to offer.

 Five minutes walk to the harbor and ten minutes away from the beach.

The owner, Michali  is English speaking and easily contactable to assist you. 

All prices are per studio, per night based on two people sharing.

No pets are allowed.

Transfer to and from the port can be arranged. 

Discounts for longer stays are available by discretion of the owner.
