A wonderfully spacious veranda, with a view over the bay of Kouselio which is the original settlement of Lipsi.

Situated in the bay of Kouselio, ten minutes walk to the village or to the harbor.

This is a real taste of Lipsi life, surrounded by nature and in the midst of locals.

Two available studios, sleeping two people. With a kitchen and large shared veranda, both studios have en-suite bathrooms.

All prices are per studio, per night based on two people sharing.

No pets are allowed.

Transfer to and from the port can be arranged.

Discounts for longer stays are available by discretion of the owner.
