With two bedrooms, both boasting balcony doors and one with en-suite bathroom, a spacious living area and large kitchen, this house is home from home! Ideal for a family or four people sharing.
This house is entirely self sufficient, electricity is from solar panels nessesitating responsible use of resorces.
Situated on a peninsula, with five minutes walk to a choice of two isolated beaches or a ten minute walk to the beach of Katsadia with its delightful taverna 'Delihla'. A fifteen minute walk will bring you to the village of Lipsi and the harbour.
Scooter and pedal bike hire can be arranged.

All prices are per night based on four people sharing.
Transer to and from the port can be arranged.
Discounts for longer stays are available by discretion of the owner.
