 Situated on the harbour of Lipsi , these studios have a wonderful view over the harbour and out to sea. Only a  two minutes walk to the beach or a five minute walk to the village.   

Each studio sleeps 2 persons. With en-suite bathroom, a single space bedroom with kitchen, these studios have private balconies and boast a TV and Air Conditioning. 

Close to shops, restaurants, tavernas and bars, the mini bus service is available in the summer months to take you to further out beaches.

All prices are per apartment, per night, based on two people sharing.

No pets are allowed. 

Discounts for longer stays are available by discretion of the owner
