 Watch the boats coming and going right from your balcony. With a full view of the harbor entrance, can you think of a better way to wind down after a hard days sunbathing?

Five available studios, all sleeping two - four people. A private balcony with a marvellous view of the harbor entrance. A spacious lounge, bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and WIFI internet access give these studios all the benefits of modern life.

These studios are located on the harbor of Lipsi above the restaraunt & grill house 'Porto'. Five minutes walk to the beach of lendou or to the village of Lipsi.

The owners Maria and Markos also own the restarant & grillhouse beneath the studios and a motor scooter rental firm.

 The owners, Maria and Markos, speak a little English and are easily contactable to assist you.

The out of season price (October 1st - may 31st) includes the rental of a motor scooter.

All prices are per studio, per night based on two people sharing. 

No pets are allowed. 

Transfer to and from the port can be arranged.  

Discounts for longer stays are available by discretion of the owner.
