Peace, tranquility and relaxation to be found at this lovely, traditional style home. 

A traditional style house with one master bedroom with double bed,  two single beds in the living area, bathroom, a spacious living area and  kitchen, there is a choice of two verandas. 

Set into the hillside above Lipsi village, with a comanding view over the village and out to sea. Surrounded by well established trees and plants and away from roads or noise.

 Ten - fifteen minutes walk to a choice of beaches or a ten minute walk to the village of Lipsi and the harbour.

Scooter and pedal bike hire can be arranged.

Transer to and from the port can be arranged. 

 Prices 2010 

 All prices are per night for two people sharing. 

A minimum of two weeks rental.

Discounts for longer stays are available by discretion of the owner.

Out of season prices will be given on request.
