Beutiful views in lovely surroundings, perfect for a relaxing holiday in a traditional style home.

A traditional style house with one master bedroom with double bed,  two single beds in the living area, bathroom, a spacious living area and seperate  kitchen. 

Set into the hillside above the bay of Kouselio, with a fantastic view over the bay. Surrounded by well established trees and plants and away from busy roads or noise.

 Ten - fifteen minutes walk to a choice of beaches or a ten minute walk to the village of Lipsi and the harbour.

Scooter and pedal bike hire can be arranged.

Transer to and from the port can be arranged

 Prices 2011

 All prices are per night for two people sharing.

For stays of over 4 weeks, a monthly rent of 450 euros is available for winter lets.

Out of season prices will be given on request.
